Empowering Disability Employment and Leadership Within Your Organisation - 12 Feb 2025

As part of WDV’s Sharing Our Expertise Project, we will be hosting 3 standalone training sessions on the topic of ‘Empowering Disability Employment and Leadership Within Your Organisation’ across January and February in 2025.   

Program aims

•To reduce barriers to employment within the health, social and community service sectors for women or gender diverse people with disabilities.

• To build the confidence of health, social and community organisations to recruit, employ and retain women with disability at all levels of their organisation.

• To increase the exposure of women with disability within the workforce and highlight their beneficial and valuable workplace skills and contributions.
